  • Dr. Nicoletta Coccaro completed her Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Evolution in 2011 at the University of Bari, Faculty of Biology (Italy) and her Graduation in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine in 2007 at the University of Bari, Faculty of Biotechnology (Italy). She worked as assistant researcher on Blood diseases at the University of Bari from 2011 to December 2020. From January 2021, she works as Scientist Researcher on Blood Diseases at the Hematology section of the Department of Emergency and Organ transplantation of University of Bari (Italy). She is currently attending graduate school in medical genetics at the University of Bari. She is a medical geneticist. Her main research and study fields concern the genomics of onco-hematological diseases, by using new generation technologies and applying bioinformatic analysis for the study of the human genome in these diseases.
