We want to find or develop some drugs for protect the thymus involution and contribute to T cell reconstruction. The second major area of interest in T cell development, especially focus on the mechanism of non-coding RNA regulates T cell development and the balance impaired in the Th17/Tregs in autoimmune disease including the immune mechanism involved in recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Knowledge gained from these studies has led us to develop effective gene therapy for autoimmune disease and transplantation. We have recently discovered that some LncRNA involve in the development of ovarian cancer via deep sequence analysis. We want to find the mechanism of these LncRNA promotes ovarian cancer.
